DID YOU KNOW THE THIRD HIGHEST INTERNATIONAL GOALSCORER FOR THE THREE LIONS OF ENGLAND?



Jimmy Greaves who won his first England cap on May 17, 1959 against Peru, scoring England's only goal in a 4-1 defeat. He went on to win 57 caps and became the third highest international goalscorer with 44 goals, which also makes him have the best goals to games ratio for the Three Lions, which is an average of one goal in every 1.3 games.  He is also the highest goalscorer in the history of Tottenham Hotspur and the highest goalscorer in the history of English top flight football with 357 goals for Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham United.
