Phil Chisnall
Phil Chisnall, a product of Manchester United's prolific youth system, joined Liverpool FC for £25,000 in 1964 after making 47 appearances and scoring 10 goals for the Red Devil. As of 2012, Chisnall remains the last player to be transferred directly between both Lanchashire bitter rivals.
While at Liverpool FC, he only managed eight appearances and two goals, before moving on to Southend Unitedin 1967. He finished his career with a season at Stockport County in 1971/1972, making 30 league appearances for them.
